All Irish orders are processed within 24 hrs and usually delivered within 1-3 working days.
All orders are dispatched by Fastway or An Post. Orders currently cannot be picked up at our location.
When it comes to packing and distribution, your privacy is our virtue! The parcel is completely plain, in a plain brown box or white heavy duty jiffy envelope (for smaller products) with no branding or markings. We use extra packing material to prevent rattling or any other indication of its contents. We double pack the boxes with packing tape, so it can be safely and discretely delivered to any private address or work place. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple items within the same order separately.
When any fast shipping promotion is on selected products, but one of the items in your order is not eligible, the order will be processed in line with the longest time frame required for the whole order to be dispatched.
The return address label will show Investique ltd as a sender, and not New Lovin (this is also the name that will appear on your bank statement). Inside the parcel you will find an invoice with all required information and instructions for product returns (click here to read our full returns policy online if you are not happy with your purchase )
There is a flat delivery charge of €6.95 applied to each order sent to any address within Ireland.
Free delivery is available on all orders over €50. (Please choose a Free Delivery option in the shipping methods part of the checkout to avoid paying shipping charges). If you haven't selected the free delivery option for whatever reason, your shipping charges will not be refunded.
International delivery to destinations outside the Republic of Ireland is currently unavailable.
Your tracking number is always added to your account upon shipping, and it is your responsibility to track and ensure the receipt of the order.
If you miss the delivery and fail to arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. However, we reserve the right to charge you an additional postage fee of €6.50 to cover our expenses re-sending your order.
Tracking & receiving your order
All Irish orders are processed within 24 hrs and usually delivered within 1-3 working days. We do not offer the next day delivery. If your order comes in before 9am, sometimes we manage to post it the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
The lead time on your order processing time may increase if the item(s) ordered are not in stock and we will email you with the estimated delivery date. If for any unlikely reason we cannot ship the product that appears in stock on the website, we will always let you know by email and try to find the best suitable solution, usually by offering you an alternative product.
All orders within Ireland are dispatched by An Post Expresspost directly to your chosen destination address. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple products within the same order separately. Please ensure there is someone at the address to accept the delivery - fill in the alternative delivery address if you want the order to be delivered to a different address from the one on your billing information. A lot of our Irish customers use the Parcel Motel service for 100% discreet shipping.
Damage during shipping or lost shipping
When a product is purchased we send a brand new item in a perfect condition. If there is any previous damage to the packaging -the item is usually reduced, with a note on the product description about it. When the order is posted by courier and the item is lost or damaged in transit, it is between the customer and the courier used to resolve the problem.
If you fail to receive the order or collect it at the depot and it ended up being returned to us, the packaging might be very damaged in transit as the packing solutions we use are designed to withstand only one day of travel.
Cancelling your order and Returns
If you bought something and instantly decided to cancel the order, simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will not process the order and immediately cancel the transaction. We are unable to cancel a delivery once it has been dispatched and you will receive an email and an SMS with courier name and tracking number immediately after the order has been processed.
Should you decide to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, please email us at email@example.com to let us know as soon as you can.
If delivery is made by An Post, we cannot change the address while the order is in the post, so please refuse to accept any delivery of the cancelled goods.
If you opened the delivery and realised that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please, do not return those items before reading our full returns policy and emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you intend to post anything back as we will send you a different address for returns depot.
*Under no circumstances will we accept returns of adult toys, creams, gels, pills, lubricants, massage oils, condoms or herbal sex aids, if they have been unsealed, opened and/or used. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, lingerie, swimwear or underwear also cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We do not sell casual wear clothing, every item of clothing we sell is meant for use in relation to sexual activity, therefore every clothing item under Sexy Lingerie category on our website is classed as lingerie.
Please read more about the items that are not covered by cooling-off period and not eligible for returns here: http://www.consumerhelp.ie/your-rights-online. We will however accept returns of the lingerie items that haven't been opened/taken out of the packaging if you changed your mind. Please do not try to re-seal the opened goods- there will be no refund for opened items, and they will be returned to you.
The privacy of our customer is paramount to us. However it should be notes that we don't advise redirecting the parcels to addresses where they can be opened by someone you would prefer not to inform about the contents of the parcel. Therefore we highly recommend using Parcel Motel's services. It is very easy to use:
- Register at www.parcelmotel.com, you will get a customer ID and you can select your pick up location.
- Add your chosen items at New Lovin and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing address first and then un-tick " deliver to this address"
- Enter your Parcel Motel ID and the Parcel Motel main address, provided to you at registration.
